• All fees must be paid in full before access is granted.

You are responsible for:

• Currency conversion charges (if applicable)

5. Code of Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Engage in plagiarism

• Misuse course materials

• Provide false information

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Disrupt platform functionality

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in:

✔ Account suspension
✔ Permanent removal
✔ Legal action (if necessary)

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on the platform including:

• Course videos

• Study materials

• Designs

• Branding

• Website content

are owned by NIEDC.

You may NOT:

• Copy

• Record

• Sell

• Redistribute

• Republish

any part of our content without written permission.

7. Certification Disclaimer

Certificates (if issued) indicate successful course completion only.

They do NOT guarantee:

• Job placement

• Freelancing success

• Income generation

• Government accreditation

Your results depend on your personal effort and skill application.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

NIEDC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Platform misuse occurs

• Fraudulent behavior is detected

No compensation or reinstatement is guaranteed in such cases.

9. Platform Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

• 24/7 uptime

Temporary downtime may occur due to:

• Maintenance

• Technical upgrades
