Due to this nature, our refund policy is outlined below.

2. No Refund Policy

All course purchases made on NIEDC are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or partial reimbursements once:

  • Payment has been completed, and

  • Course access has been granted.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

Refund approval (if applicable) will be at NIEDC’s sole discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Failure to secure job or freelance work

6. Payment Gateway Charges

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • Transaction fees

  • Payment gateway charges

may be deducted from the refundable amount.
