All course purchases made on NIEDC are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or partial reimbursements once:
Payment has been completed, and
Course access has been granted.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:
Duplicate payment made by mistake

Refund approval (if applicable) will be at NIEDC’s sole discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

6. Payment Gateway Charges
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

may be deducted from the refundable amount.
